Mike Groseclose of HC Tech was instrumental in coordinating all of the pieces of the project, from reviewing and making recommendations on equipment, to preparing the data transfer from our old system, to configuring and installing our new desktop hardware, to making sure we had the other resources needed for a successful go-live (such as nurses for medical data abstraction).  This type of implementation CANNOT be done without a dedicated project manager with the appropriate knowledge and skills.  As Executive Director, I had neither the I.T. skill set nor the available time to devote to these issues, and our implementation would have been much more difficult, and much more expensive, without Mike as our resource.
