We did not have a sophisticated I.T. staff when we made the initial decision to purchase an EMR.  Mr. Groseclose served as the project manager when we installed ECIS.  Mr. Groseclose (working for HC Tech) brought a solid understanding of both the hardware and software required to successfully implement an EMR   He was an excellent resource in helping the staff understand how an EMR could help streamline a variety of clinical processes.  The savings realized as a result of ideas presented by Mr. Groseclose far exceeded the cost of his services.  We now use Mr. Groseclose on an ongoing basis as a resource in evaluating a variety of I.T. solutions in our practice.  I recommend his services without reservation.
