Mike (working for HC Tech) was instrumental in assisting us during the implementation of the GEMMS/ECIS system.   He was able to identify savings for our practice while mapping out an implementation plan that fit our constraints yet worked well with GEMMS's delineated plan.  He did this on target.  Mike served as an integral player on our IT team.
